Carbon Dioxide Dissociation Technologies
An electrical discharge that dissociates NOx into nitrogen and oxygen, has dissociated CO2 into carbon dust and oxygen.
An electrical discharge that dissociates NOx into nitrogen and oxygen, has dissociated CO2 into carbon dust and oxygen.
Using dielectric barrier dissociation reactors and specialized electrical discharges carbon dioxide can be split into carbon dust and oxygen, rather than sequestration methods. The carbon can be used in new fuels or other products.
The dielectric barrier dissociation reactors are scalable to suit nearly any application from chemical processes to electrical generating power plants burning coal, oil, natural gas or any CO2 producing fuel.
The electrical energy used in the reactor creates an atmosphere of low temperature plasma, UV radiation, microwave radiation and other intense energies powerful enough to bread the double bonded CO2 molecule.
